Really unique flavor choices albeit a bit on the pricier side. The inside is modern and gorg! You can tell they put a lot of thought into ambiance. Back to flavor choices, the soy sauce butterscotch sounds funky but is 12/10. The flavor is complementary and was surprisingly my favorite! Will be frequenting when their hours are consistent in the future.
Sampaguita Ice Cream is a new dessert shop in the Mills-50 area of Orlando, and it’s one of the best and most unique dessert shops anywhere in Orlando! They have tons of unique Filipino flavors…many flavors you will have never seen before! And not only do they have the unique ice cream flavors - they literally have UBE soft serve! I have never seen that before!! They have ube whipped cream, they can make halo-halo a signature Philippines dessert, and they have so many other unique options other than ice cream. So if ice cream isn’t your thing, they might have something else to your liking! Do keep in mind this place gets BUSY, so you might even need to be prepared to wait. I guess that’s what you get when you’re going to the “new hottest dessert shop” though. I will definitely be returning and I can’t wait to try more flavors!
Sampaguita Ice Cream offers excellent ice cream flavors in the area. Although relatively new, we had to fall in line to make our order as the place was teeming with customers when we visited yesterday. Alicia opted for their guava, mango and peach flavors and I chose their halo-halo, a Filipino favorite. The place looks clean, modern and cozy and its employees professional and polite. Highly recommended. We wish they have a larger place to accommodate all their eager customers.
This new Filipino Ice Creamery is the sister shop to Greenery Creamey one of my favs!. It is located in the Mills 50 district next to a coffee shop + new up-and-coming restaurant Dinner + Coffee + Ice Cream = a Whole LOVE language. They have several dairy options and limited vegan options which I hope will change as they move out of the soft launch phase. Unfortunately, there were no gluten-free cone options; I opted for the scoop of Buko Pandan coconut-based with a scoop of the Ube Soft served ice cream topped with rainbow sprinkles because why not? It was AMAZING! + Sprinkles make everything funnier! My partner enjoyed the Banoffee Pie banana + toffee on a waffle cone - he loved it! The staff was friendly, and the location was picture worthy! If you are searching for a place to take cute photos with ice cream + aesthetic vibes, this is your spot! The staff was fantastic and patient as I tried all the vegan flavors since they were all new to me! I recommend you stop by and grab a scoop or two; no one is judging here!
Being Asian, I’m familiar with many of unique flavor options. In theory, good concept. Milo rocky road could be improved to taste more like milo vs regular chocolate. Also this place needs an operations improvement. I come from a business background and you should never have to wait 15-20 minutes if the product is already available. If the assembly line order was restructured, they could be turning over more customers per minute. Due to the lack of structure, it was difficult to sit down and relax inside. Overall, I would go again but these downsides prevent this place from becoming a “regular hangout”.
I came here because saw the news before and saying there is a long waiting line so I want to find out what makes them famous. The store looks cozy. Not too many option but all I want is Ube. So I order single cup ube ice cream and end up waiting for 15mins, when they are not busy at all. When I get the ube latte, there is only latte no ube. 95% from that scoop I got is latte only. Not sure what is the point calling it ube latte. This ice cream is not cheap at all and just very normal. Disappointed.
Very cute place. Fast friendly service. Good ice cream selection. Get the halo halo, mix it up and share it with a friend!
It was my first visit and loved their ube brownie sundae, all purple in a bowl! Yummy! The passion fruit flavored Mela watermelon water was really as well! On my second visit, the buko pandan ice cream vegan was delicious as well. They also have more vegan options! The inside of the shop looks very beautiful and smells delicious!
Great tasting ice cream with interesting flavors. So far, the Sampaguita is my favorite. Good service and a beautiful interior.
Had the halo halo and ice cream Ube brownie. We have been back several times since they opened. Love the unique flavors and options.
