I made the mistake a few years ago "Switching to Geico" to save some money on my car insurance.  Not even 6 months later, the cost of that policy went up and I lost any savings I thought I was going to get.  On top of that, I never experienced the level of expertise and service that Sampson Insurance has been able to offer me.

Kym, my account manager, has gone above and beyond to help me with any questions or changes to my policies.  She was even able to find me better coverage on my vehicle for less money than I was paying at Geico.  I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend Sampson Insurance Agency to friends, family, and anyone else looking for a better option.

I chose Sampson on recommendation of my real estate agent and because Bruce Thompson was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional.  Maybe because my house is small and I refused to allow Sampson to handle my auto insurance (I've used the same top-rated company for years), I've only been assigned to Sampson agents who are unbelievably inexplicably incompetent.  The agents I've been assigned (when they respond) never respond with substantial answers and they've mishandled the most basic insurance policy account data.  I've made no claims.  I should never have a reason to contact them - my policy should be simple. 

When I read the other reviews, they sound like people with an investment in Sampson's success.  I'd love to have such a good agent.   But if I thought I could safely switch to a different underwriter, I'd definitely look for a competent insurance agency.

We have been doing business with Sampson Insurance for over 30 years. It has been a great relationship. I used to work with a person named Mary O'Malley who has now retired as I am also. I now work with Patricia Manning who is in the process of setting us up with insurance on our three cars, adding it to our home owners policy. In doing so will be saving us aprox. $331.00 Not to shabby in our opinion. You can't go wrong with Sampson Insurance.
