My daughter had a lot of stress and pain previously with our first dentist. Dr Sampson and his staff were wonderful and put my 8 year old at ease. They also got my husband in very quickly when he was in pain. We wouldn't go any where else!

Had a tooth split and was in EXTREME pain.  I called around trying to get an appointment here in Evansville (where I Work) but no luck. I called Island Ford Family Dentistry in Madisonville KY (I live in Hanson) and they said they could get me at 2PM.  I arrived at 1pm and they took me almost immediately.  Within ten minutes I had my first shot of face numbing stuff.  From that point on I have felt no pain.  The actual pulling took only 5 minutes at the most. I was out by 2pm.
This is the third time I have had to have a molar pulled and the previous two times the procedure was uncomfortable and my jaw/mouth hurt for a week later.  This time, no pain whatsoever. 
I highly recommend them…..
