Limited days, limited hours, long wait list for appointments, expect to wait a week or two before being seen. The staff are friendly, the office is always clean.

Overall, I'd give it a two stars.

I have had a terrible experience with trying to get a referral with this clinic.  My husband has a blood condition in which he needs to be followed by a hemotologist.  The doctor saw him and said she would do a referral.  Five weeks later no referral and my husband went to ask the doctor what was the problem.  The doctor said she didn't know what the problem could be and to follow up with the refferal people.  Called the referral people and come to find out the doctor never made the order, even though my husband stood in front of her asking what the problem was.  The referral people said they reported the doctor and spoke with the Val Verde clinic several times and that they finally got the order.  So now 2 more weeks have passed and I called the referral people only to find out they still don't have the order from the doctor.  My husband is taking blood thinners for which he needs regular labs and mediction refills but this doctor says she can't do it when she is the one thats holding up the referral?  I just don't know what to do to report this issue?  This is horrible but the staff that's trying to help is very nice and polite.  It's the doctor that has the issue and unfortunately it's the doctor that has the power to make things happen.  Hopefully my husbands condition isn't worse since he isn't being followed by anyone?
