I scheduled an appointment to meet Mr. Earley for a personal injury case.  One hour before the appointment, his office called and said he had to leave but his assistant could help me so I went to the appointment and met with the assistant.  I signed the papers and she said she would keep me updated.  After almost 2 weeks without hearing anything from him, I called and asked to speak to Mr. Earley and was told he was unavailable but I could speak to his assistant.  She didn't answer the phone and I got her voice mail.  I left her a message to call me back and she didn't.  I called and left her another message with no response.  I left 2 messages with the receptionist with no response.  My neighbor had used him for a case and had Mr. Earley's cell number so I called it and he answered.  I told him who I was and that I wanted an update and he said he was 15 minutes from the office and when he got there he would check on it and call me back.  That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from him either.  He obviously does not want to work my case.  Luckily, I signed papers stating that if I don't win, he doesn't get paid.  I guess he thought he couldn't make enough money on this case.  All he had to do was tell me that he was not going to take this case and there would not be a problem. I would suggest that you do not use him.

This is one of the best attorney's I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He cares about his clients, he's easy to contact and he gets the job done. I would highly recommend him to represent you. Thank you Atty Earley for being there for me and my family. His staff is also awesome. Thanks Molly.

He told me and my dad to go to the doctor and get treatment and he would have helped us when we won our case it would come out the money but before the case was over he dropped us and told us we couldn't he couldn't help us no more that's why he's not a good lawyer and I tell everybody don't go with him he's a crook and a half.

It keep on putting us on and off the highway but other than that it was great.
