We went there to get a setting for my wife's wedding ring...Had them inspect it and was told by their jeweler that it was good and all of the stones and settings were in good shape...THEY send the ring off to make the new adjustment, and it comes back and my wife notices that there is a problem with one of the other small diamonds and brings it to their attention. They tell us no problems seen..Two days later that diamond falls out and they want US to pay to fix the issue for their inaccurate assessment and service of the ring. Totally unacceptable customer service....If my company did that kind of customer service, I would be out of business!!

I sent my ring off to be sized and was told it would be back in 3 weeks. Now after 5 weeks and continuous stories about how it is being shipped today and will be here tomorrow, they are telling me that they will not repair jewelry that was not purchased there. This is the most horrible customer service I have ever experienced. I still don’t have my ring that they shipped off 5 weeks ago and am terrified that they have lost it and this is just another one of the many stories they are giving me to buy them time to find it.

I absolutely adore everyone that works at Samuels Diamonds! I got my custom piece back but during the whole process we would call and check up on the status of my wedding ring and they were always extremely nice and patient because they knew how much my wedding ring meant to us. Beatrice was the main lady that helped us and was always there as well—thank you!!
