This place has zero customer service. Lazy girl will not answer the phone. Lazy staff does not want smog check bussiness. Arco is better than this. This is not arco. Just the sign is. They cant even put water in the squeegee buckets. Manager should be ashamed. I will contact city and local BBB.

The attendant was not nice. He was rude and said he had to lock the door and go to the shop. I thought he was referring to a mechanic shop considering they have a smog check place. So I told him ok, I'll just get something really quick and just being nice I asked if he also worked in the shop. Very rudely he said don't ask question no say nothing . How rude. Definitely does not have customer experience nor social skills. His lack of communication and attitude will definitely not make any business. And there is a picture of him by I'm assuming his white car.

Horrible experience here. Was shooed off with a back handed wave. Was told "We don't work on old cars like that"

Do NOT go here for Smog check. Guy hardly knows english and tried to charge me another $40 for a retest after I failed. Not pissed that I failed. Pissed he could not properly explain nor offer free retest as many smog services do around here

ZERO STARS! I asked the elderly gentleman in the bay what the price is. He quoted me roughly $60. When I asked what the internet coupon was for (at $35), he flipped his had to shew me away and said, (no joke) "get outta here. Why you ask me how much if you have this (pointing to my phone with the coupon.)? Go on! Leave!" I replied I wasn't sure if I was at the right Arco for this coupon and that's why I was asking. At which point he again told me to leave (go! Get outta here!) as he walked away. I replied..."it's no wonder why no one is here and all you bays are empty!" When did it become rude for the customer to ask how much something is??
