Most outstanding Police Department. I feel absolutely safe in the city. Have never had an incident when Officers were less than cordial. Perhaps those that have negative reviews should understand the Police are around to serve and protect. If you're being an A-hole then you deserve the Officer's negative reaction.

I have never been treated so poorly ! The vulgarities and the inappropriate language these deputies use! Every other word is the F-word. They laugh and make jokes while intimidating you. One sheriff actually chest bump slammed me into the car and threatened me. Unbelievable

If your car gets stolen they will accuse you of stealing your own vehicle,  if your house gets burglarized they will imply that you broke down your own back door for the insurance money, even though you don't have insurance that would cover the theft.   The OC Sherrifs that are responsible for San Clemente are a band of lazy criminals that disrespect the badge, give officers a bad name,  and 9 out of 10 of them should be stripped of their uniforms and given black ski masks.
