I asked officer Sisnerus from PD at Skyline Dr., to look into a problem around the school just off Tooma st. There were two situations actually, and he said he would check on them and return my call later in the week. He called back in about 1 hour. I was thinking when I answered,  he must need more info.  In fact he  had checked my problems and solved one , gave me info on the other in less time than I could get my hair cut.. . That Officer is a good example.

I STRONGLY agree with Sergio below me. Skyline division is utterly OUT OF CONTROL and they have WHITE OFFICERS stereotyping the Latino community of Encanto, something needs to be done ASAP

Needed to call skyline police about a noisy neighbor having a very noisy party ,yelling with very loud music I need to  wake up for work at 0230am but when I googled can't find the no. it keeps going to San Diego Police  with no one to talk to just answering machine. What happens if we need to call for emergency not requiring 911 like needing help with this problem.Pls let us know your number.

I hope the police will patrol or check driver passing in this area (Goode St). They are driving and their spend is 50 mph going down the freeway. When we move to this area, there was a police officer before giving ticket to the drivers cause they were speeding. Now no one patrolling.
