There taking care of my dad (in which he had a big 1st stroke)  and this place is super nice and this place should NEVER BE CLOSED.

This place is AWFUL they have VERY rude staff not helpful at all! You ask them the patients name your visiting and they don't know nothing about them or where they could be at I don't recommend this Post Acute Hospital at all very HORRIBLE!

My uncle got moved here a few days ago. Now he looks worse than when he was in the hospital. Looks like they drug all of their patients so they won't have to deal with them. My uncles neighbor is a poor old man they don't take the time to cover him so he's the first thing you see when u walk in and is very exposed, just wearing a diper . He also has a huge bruis on his leg and looks like he's suffering a lot. Not only that, when I got there to visit, an old man in a wheel chair was crying for help and no one was responding. They just seam to ignore them. This place must be hell for everyone there. The staff doesn't seam to care. There is no comparison.

The staff was so caring with my mother... They made her feel so welcomed in her 2 month stay... I can honestly say she was better cared for here than at any of the 2 private facilities she was at... Good Job San Fernando staff Thank you for caring for my mom as if she were your own mother 👍👍... ❤
