Very professional and caring service. Drop in hours make it very fast to get results. I went for a follow up and they were very helpful with all questions I had.

This clinic is amazing. Staff, nurses and doctors are so warm and authentic. They truly want to help. No guilt, no lectures, just help with what ever your need. I've never met a more selfless group of people than those working here.

First time I was there, so nice and everything was Great.  Today, went there for followup and was terrible.   I went into for my blood and this guy was extremely rude, made me feel uncomfortable and plain mean.   I was in shock.  He gave a rude comment like "well, let her take your blood"  --- she looked shaking her head like she didn't want any part of his rudeness.

And he didn't let me pick which arm - he was mean while the needle was in me, and now I have a red mark on my arm the side of a quarter.  My arm is in pain and it's completely black and blue.   It hurt the whole time he did it - and he was awful, just awful.

I am waiting two weeks, but if anything is more of an issue I will seek some help in reporting him to the city, beyond that office.   If it's permanent, then I will seek additional help.

This guy who is sticking the needles has buttons all over him about penis's and sucking cock and just many crazy buttons all about sexy - just totally weird, unprofessional --- it shows a total disregard for the seriousness of the office.    In fact, I will look at reporting him tomorrow to someone who runs the office.   

I don't know how any person who directs that office will allow such behavior.   I've had my blood taken more than 70 times in my life, and I've never once been black and blue and red like this - and I've never once seen it hurt like this.  I feel it was done on purpose to me - just because I told him that the lady 7 weeks ago did not prick my finger, but dipped into the vial. (which she was training someone else) - this guy when he heard this, was simply upset about it and I ended up taking his anger.

I feel like the whole thing was crazy, unprofessional, out of line - and I highly highly recommend if you see this guy RUN and ask for someone else to take your blood.
