what a joke! you study all your life how to be a dentist just so you can learn how to rip people off! These people are masters at scheduling as many visits as they can so they can rip you/your insurance off! go it to ask for a pain medication, then they you do tons of other different things that you didn't even ask for! do not sign any thing they suggest to you! Ruthless

Be wary. I went in for X-rays and they tried to tell me I needed a $1,200 deep teeth cleaning because they said my gums pockets were 6s. I get my teeth cleaned somewhere else every 4 month and when I told my other dentist what they said he was shocked because I have no bleeding or inflammation on my gums. I think it was because I am a Medicare patient that they wanted to try to convince me to have this procedure.

I'm really upset and disappointed on how this clinic handled our dental appointment for a Wisdom Tooth extraction surgery. My husband was given an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction surgery and there were multiple calls/reminders to confirm the appointment and since the surgery needed general anaesthesia he was asked to fast in the morning before the surgery. After we reached the clinic which is quite far from where we live, they let us know that the anesthetist is not available for next 2 weeks and that the surgery could not be done on that day or basically it could be done only after 2 weeks. We had already informed the clinic that our insurance was getting expired end of this year and we needed the surgery to be done before that, and since we were working with this clinic for the surgery since the beginning of November 2016, we had not consulted any other dentists/clinics during this time. After being aware of the whole situation and still handling the appointment so irresponsibly was very unprofessional.They did not even show the courtesy of admitting the mistake and apologizing till the end. Also the clinic is very expensive(even with insurance) and they even charge a no show fee if we are not on time for the appointment. I feel they should respect the patient's time and convenience and pay us the inconvenience fee for wasting our time and money on this appointment. Worst experience ever. Wish I could give a negative rating for this clinic.

disgusting attitude to customers. I enrolled at 8am. Having come to the clinic to 8, I was asked to wait. at this point the doctor is another person. after spending up to 8.40 before me run one more person. It is not a business, and a mess.

Even if there's no other place on this planet for your dental needs, this place is still NOT a good place to go to. In other words, this place could pose more risks than benefits to your health. Just look at the profiles of the dentists working there. Most, if not all of them, are educated and trained in third world countries like China. The head dentist, Dr. Rosenberg, is above all a businessman whose goal isn't about your dental care but it's all about money to him. The procedures they practice here can pose long-term health risks to you with their seriously dangerous lack of respect for basic sanitation. They use dirty gloves when they touch inside your mouth, for example. Again, it's about cost saving to them and not the patients' safety. I came in because of some pain. After x-ray and examination I was told I needed a root canal (expensive bill!). But after looking around for more trustworthy dentists, I found one and was told I just needed a filling, which cost me a lot less money and pain! If you have any doubt, read other reviews on Google and Yelp! This place should be shutdown to prevent public safety disasters. Unfortunately, dental groups like this one have brought real bad name for the entire dental professionals. And for this reason, it's within public interests to keep this kind of dental group from doing business - at least not here in the USA.
