On a personal level when you are working with the public and you are an employee representing the proprietor that hired you, you need to have patience and self control of your conduct and composer to whom you are doing business with, there employees need to learn a lesson in the code of conduct and professionalism when dealing with customers they have an employee fairly new that needs these lessons or this business will end up sinking

My name is Stephanie D. N this has been my pawn shop for a lil over 2 years now they r awesome here they help u out as much as they can their products r cool n at great prices the customer service is awesome don't listen to the bad reviews on here it's all lies the other pawn shop on esplanade n San Jacinto is a joke they r rude n very expensive they act like there stuff is brand new but it's not I've seen them turn away lots of ppl so if I were u I wud stick with San Jacinto Pawn shop they r the best n town......

They are ok in there pricing,had a few issues a couple of times..But owner made up for it,abd made things right.Its a fair pawn shop to go into,they dont give a lot on things youd thought !But they are fair

I've been here many times and I have to say they are by far the best pawn shop in the area, I brought a couple clips for a pistol I don't own anymore, I had a thought of how much I wanted considering what I paid and they offered exactly that without even putting it out there. Awesome shop only pawn shop I'll go to. Thanks guys BTW I seen some others reviews and the bad ones are unprofessional people who are at competition with these guys and work at the other pawn shops, grow up you pathetic losers! Lol
