I walked in and I usually love this store, but today the girl working was so rude. She was very aggressive and she rolled her eyes at me. If you see her she has a nose piercing and brown hair don't expect her to help you because she obviously has better things to do.

First of all let me say I wish I had read the review below, before buying anything from this brand. I bought a bikini 2 weeks ago, because I found this brand on Intagram. It was very easy to buy on their webiste and it arrived fast, but when I tried it on, I realized the top was too small for me. I wanted to exchange the size in a local store, but they told me I had to send it back to Honolulu and pay shipping costs. I asked if my bikini would be back quick, as I needed it before October 28th because I am traveling that day, but they could not guaranteed it. Since I would have had to pay a crazy amount for shipping just to rush it and they couldn't guaranteed it could get processed by then, I told them I didn't want the bikini because I didn't need it anymore, but THEY DO NOT RETURN YOUR MONEY BACK! Since it was also my mistake not to read reviews about the brand, and not to read their exchange policy because I didnt think they could keep my money if I didn't like/fit the bikini, I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND buying a bikini from them. They are not customer friendly and I feel scammed after they told me they wouldn't return my money at all. $150 IN THE TRASH, thanks San Lorenzo Swimwear.

I will never shop here ever again and would not advise buying anything here because they have horrible customer service and policies! Upon trying my bikini on at my hotel, I reclined slightly on the bed and both of my breasts came completely out. So obviously that will not do if I were to try and lay out in the bikini. Might as well be topless! I brought the bikini back immediately with full tags on hoping to try a smaller top and go with that instead. Unfortunately, it didn't fit me and they refused to give me my money back on my purchase. What a scam! They will only give me store credit but that's worthless to me since I now realized that nothing in their store fits girls who are built like me! The design of their bikinis are majorly flawed when it comes to their fit. DO NOT shop here if you have boobs, unless you want to deal with constant nip slips and get arrested for indecent exposure. But definitely DO shop here if you are Janet Jackson's stylist looking for an outfit for her next Super Bowl wardrobe malfunction... This business does not stand behind their product even if you discover the flaws within 1.5 hours. They're just hoping they can stick it to you for as much as possible on your way out the door and hoping you don't realize that you can only wear their bikinis while in the standing position. I feel like the biggest sucker in the universe for falling for their tricks. What a great sentiment to leave your customers with! Like they got completely taken advantage of. Fine, keep my money but you will never have my business again and I'm definitely going to be spreading the word about this. Being a former bikini model, I do know a few people I can pass this word on to, like other bikini models, for instance, who buy many bikinis for their infinite photoshoots. *Cue the Julia Roberts "big mistake, BIG... HUGE!" scene here* Jacqueline & Jordin give major attitude, as if to add insult to injury. They refused to give me the names of the top secret managers (LOL really?) who will not help me. They didn't even want to give me their own names. Store policy is that the customer is always WRONG! Thanks for nothing! As far as I'm concerned your store just stole $260 from me and you betcha I'm pissed about it! How about you get a better selection of tops so that if there's an issue, the customer can leave happy that at least there were some other options to choose from? You may not realize it, but having happy customers out there looking and feeling good in your brand can send a whole lot more referral business your way rather than an employing a hard-nosed, opportunistic way of doing business. Just a thought!

Amazing staff and Hot selection of suits. They even carry Mary Grace Swim!!! Fun little store. Near the Candy shop and the Fountain.

This is a cute store but their promotions are a little misleading. I went here for a "huge" blowout sale this past weekend, but most of the new, branded stuff were only 15-30% off as opposed to the advertised up to 85%. In the end the deals weren't that great but from the way they were promoting on social media, it seemed like they would be much better.
