Online fine payment service constantly down. No one answering phones, and no room for anymore voice mails. Bad deal all around. But hey, the buildings interesting looking so they got that going for them. One star

Only leaving one star because that's the lowest rating. Don't waste your time/minutes/sanity calling, you'll just hear "this is the superior court....there is no room available to leave your message....goodbye." And you'll be disconnected! Funny how the people trying to face their tickets/issues get thrown obstacles like this. I tried calling on a Friday and waited until Monday (today); just to find out calling does nothing. If the court can't get their business straightened out, why should they expect anyone else to? Way to set a good example.

Gladly took my money, gladly won't answer any call. Awful service, I've called over 100 times today and never got through. Unprofessional court of law...

Never answers the phone - when they do they hang up on you. Happened 4 times in a row. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

I was told by another San Luis Obispo government office that this Superior Court chooses to not answer phone calls whatsoever on Friday, they only handle walk-ins. Must be a nice business model to let your phone ring off the hook and conveniently have a consistently "full mailbox". This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am working today (and answering calls because real jobs do not allow you to let calls go for an entire day out of the week) and desperately need information in order to get an individual approved at my apartment community. The information was sent through on MONDAY and due to their poor work structure, somebody will be homeless until they choose to address the background check. I feel for the people who have to deal with and TRY to use this court system for every day life. Speaking from a business perspective, the San Luis Obispo Court System is a poorly designed business model and needs to be reevaluated and reorganized immediately.
