This is my favorite workout ever. I'm not in the best shape and I was totally intimidated walking in, but that faded within seconds. The coaches and team here are so supportive and encouraging. You will never do the same workout twice, so you will never be bored and always keep pushing yourself. The science is there, working out in your target heart rate burns fat. If you're thinking about it, just go do it. You won't regret it and you'll probably make friends because the overall community here is awesome! San Mateo Boot Camp is best.
