Lots of bathing suit choices. Lovely ladies. In between the fittings and the schmoozing I got hit for $200 for a bikini and a wrap. Never saw it coming!

The sales ladies were great - found a nice suit for over $100 but I wore it once and it was bleached - the manager was very irritated when I tried to return it She blamed the hotels pool. I went to the hotel and I was the only person this happened to, so what were they suppose to do?
I hv been in customer service for years.
I would hv replaced the suit at least once and if it happened again then Id know it was the pool, and not a defect in the material of the suit.
Was very disappointed in managers reaction was not good customer service.

One of the best shopping experiences my wife and I have ever had. The nicest people I have ever dealt with in a store if any type. They could give lessons in customer service to any major corporation.
