Have always had a wonderful experience with Sand’nSea!  We rent beach houses from them multiple times a year and the staff always goes above and beyond!  The houses are always clean and as advertised.

Good customer service but can be improve to deserve 5 stars. My experience at Bahama Breeze was the best of Sand 'N Sea  Properties can offer, a friendly staffs, follow up phone call and availability 24/7.  However, it really helps to send out instructions  email couple weeks before the "big date" for first time renter like myself would be perfect.  Love the Bahama Breeze and definitely will be back

Very cozy and fun! Houses are nice and clean,  provide games and TV. Beach is clean and fun.
