Have stayed here two times a d in two different rooms.
This house is beautiful and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. The last time I stayed in the garden suite which I recommend, it has its own private outdoor hot tub. The other rooms have their own private Jacuzzi baths also.
Like I said the house is beautiful, and it will bring you back to the Victorian era, but the grounds are even more beautiful.

The food is delicious, truly a great cook, and if you have special eating needs they will accomodate for you

Loved out stay at sand rock. Stayed the weekend for a wedding and the place is amazing. The beauty and uniqueness was perfect and the food just took it all over the top.

I was a vendor for a wedding at B&B.  The venue is surrounded by large beautiful trees.  The grounds were clean, safe, and welcoming. 

I will be referring my family, friends, and clients to this wonderful venue.
