Working with Sandbar was great.  They were significantly cheaper than other bids we received, finished our project quickly, and answered all of our questions.  The installation was so fast that they finished it in one day before our young child's afternoon nap.  The entire team was friendly and helpful.  They made everything so easy for us.  Can't recommend them highly enough.

The system Sandbar installed has been up and running for about 8 months.  To say that I am pleased with the resulting power bill from our utility company would be an understatement – from $600 to $50.  The system is dramatically  out performing my expectations. I checked the Solar Edge monitoring system frequently and get a sense of contentment each time.

Working with Sandbar was excellent.  We were kept informed about every step.  I have not had the installation long enough to learn how much I am saving.  Will have to give final evaluation after the :tru-up " bill.

Sandbar is a huge supporter of our community here in Santa Cruz. They brought their solar trailer to our LogJam surf contest this past weekend and provided all the power for the entire production. In past years we've had to use a fueled generator and it was amazing to have only the sun giving us our power this time. It's silent, no fumes and looks incredibly cool on top of that. Sandbar provides the trailer to dozens of other events in the county each year, and are committed to giving back to the community in a ton of other ways. Not only are they great at what they do - they're also one of the most generous neighbors you could ever want. We love Sandbar!

Years ago we investigated getting solar panels, but decided to look into it again this year. We had already spoken to a few other companies when we met with August, our Solar Consultant at Sandbar Solar. August was wonderful at giving us honest information and helping us to get what we needed. He helped compare which solar panels were best for our usage. We followed up with our own research and choose the Panasonic panels offered by Sandbar because because of their high efficiency. The communication with the Sandbar team was excellent through the entire process. The installation crew was polite and installed our system in two days! It was less than two weeks from signing our contract, that our system was installed. It is an absolute joy to see our meter go in reverse piling up credits for a lower electrical bills. I would highly recommend working with Sandbar Solar!
