Sandfly Locksmith excels in customer service! They offer reasonable pricing, quality service, but most importantly they are honest! Keith went out of his way to assess our problem and give us a quote. He did a fantastic job! We will be using them for all of our locksmith needs. Do not hesitate to call them!

Best locksmith ever!  Lost our keys in Savannah,  on our Honeymoon. Paid a different locksmith $175 just to unlock our car Bc we thought we left them in the car, they wanted to try to scam us $350 more out of money for a new key,  we passed. Called Sandfly and Ed was great,  my car is a 2010 Rav4 and it only cost $165 for a new key! He was real nice and upfront about the cost,  no scams. You can tell this company has been with Savannah for a long time and they are a good,  honest company. They're the only ones I would recommend. Thank y'all for turning our honeymoon around!

Moved into a new house, got all the locks changed. Wish I had checked here first! Everything seemed ok, but two days later the doorknob fell off in my hand. When I called to get them to fix this, I was told I would be called by the tech, 3 hours later after hearing nothing, I called and was told he would be right there after finishing three jobs. After 4 hours At 8:30, I called and they said "oh we have now scheduled you at 11am". Of course, I am at work then. When I complained I was hung up on. After calling back, I was bounced around and waited 10m on hold while they tried to get a manager who turned out to be unavailable. I have decided to go with another company and will get them to come change everything out all over again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

AMAZING!!!! Called and Keith came out himself he is great. Very affordable for college students works with you on price and very reliable. He even made me spare key, stayed there to make sure the key worked. Great customer service thank you Sandly Locksmith best in Savannah Ga!

My experience with Sandfly Locksmith was one of pure customer satisfaction!  Derek was able to cut keys for an 1962 vehicle simply by looking a picture!!!  The expertise, the quick response and the accuracy of the skill has left me pleasantly astonished.   Keep up the good work!
