I had a tough problem that the locksmith helped solve.  I moved into a house built in 1995 and one of the exterior door latches didn't work.  The deadbolt was used to keep the door shut.  The doorknob and lock was a one piece set made in Taiwan with no brand name on it.  The locksmith spent time looking through his inventory and was able to closely match the door latch that was broken.  This meant I didn't have to purchase a new door knob and lock.  It also meant not needing to repaint the door.  I inquired about solving this problem at another local locksmith shop prior to visiting Sandhills, and the other shop said they couldn't help me.

Sandhills Lock and Key was quick in helping me to get back into my car I had locked myself out of. I didn't think I would ever get back in so quickly, the technician was there unlocking my car less than 15 minutes after I called! I know I lucked out with timing and this isn't the norm but I couldn't have been happier with my experience!
