Very horrible customer service experience from Mr Sandhu. Entire meeting lasted only 7 to 8 minutes. Seemed like he didn't want me there. Very judgemental and bad attitude. Didn't even smile during the entire talk instead just glared at me. Left the meeting feeling humiliated and discouraged. He kept yawning and fidgeting during the meet. Didn't ask any questions and hesitated in answering in detail. just stared at me giving me the impression he wanted me to leave asap. My worst experience in Canada so far. Would not want to do anything with anyone or anything associated with him.

Appalling unprofessional. We started a transaction with him and sent him the forms he required by email.  When we did not receive a reply for quite some time I telephoned him. His response was that the tax forms were to difficult because there was a disability claim. Firstly, pathetic and discriminatory. Secondly, he could have at least had the professional decency to save us some time and taken the initiative to communicate this to us.
