even though I started off with a bad review everything got handled in a very respectful manner and thanks for helping me. My ceiling is now fixed and soon I will have a new bathroom floor. Thanks

They took over the apt. I was already in. It was a headache from day one. There letters have no contact information on them. The office manager is very rude (for no apparent reason). They have charged me incorrect fees twice (corrected later). They sent me a bill for a plumber. When I disputed it, they threaten to charge me a late fee on my rent if I did not pay the bill. It was only after I told them it was not legal to mix the two bills, that they backed off. They are a major portion of the contracts in this area. So there's that.

Bad Attitude, Bad Company.  Acceptable properties, not great, but acceptable: my positive comments end there.  The service is fairly poor, the staff rude.  I was spoken down to, perhaps because I happen to be in the military, perhaps because they just prefer to pursue a business model based on being discourteous.  The company is a poor representative of this community and I really regret they will be one of the primary contacts that many soldiers and visitors have with locals.
