I understand that Travel agents are in the market to make money. My father is elderly and gets really frustrated when working online. I called this agent who lives nearby to hire her to help my father simply book his flight. I live across the country and am unable to do so. She refused to help! I couldn't believe it.  I even told her I would be more than happy to pay her for her time.
