The Sandusky crew is doing a remodel job for us right now. I have been nothing but pleased with everything they've done. They're super professional, and impressively communicative; they've also been very receptive to my collaborative style of project development. Their project managers - Nathan and Noble - have spent a lot of extra time with me, on the phone and on-site, to make sure that the project is progressing as it should. And, they continue to show patience through all of my architectural plan updates/changes. They're a top-notch outfit, and I'm hoping to do more work with them in the future, as our house continues to evolve through additional phases of construction beyond the current one.

Sandusky Construction not only did quality work on my roof and siding but also worked closely with me and the insurance adjuster to help make the process easier. In addition, when I encountered damage from a recent storm, Sandusky Construction made themselves available and promptly got to my home to help secure the damaged area. They are friendly, professional and dependable. I highly recommend!

They are a very professional company. Their employees do a very good job. We had some major work done on our house and I was very pleased with the quality of work they did. I would highly recommend them to work on any size project you need done.

Great Company to work with! We did a commercial flooring project over two hours away from Bedford Kentucky but you would not have know that based on the customer service we got. The work quality was great too.

I sustained damage to the roof and roof vents from a thunderstorm with hail on May 2016. There had been several residences in a 5 mile radius of me that also suffered property damage from hail. There were several roofing companies in and around the area trying to secured repair contracts to do the repairs. I had contacted a couple of companies finding they were not available due to heavy demand in the area. In early July, two of representatives from Sandusky Construction, Frank Fletcher and Nathan Thompson, were making cold stop sales calls in my neighborhood. They stopped and introduced themselves and asked if I had gotten my roof inspected for hail damage yet. They offered a free inspection of my roof. They found extensive damage to the shingles and roof vents. Both were knowledgeable about their products and the procedure to get repairs completed. I contacted my insurer early July 2016, requesting a property damage estimate for repairs. I received the claims check late July 2016. I again made contact with Frank and Nathan, indicating my desire to get the repair process in motion. Frank came back to my house, secured the initial insurance check in order to get the materials ordered and the repair job scheduled. Nathan followed up with me and brought samples of the various products available. I indicated that I wanted to upgrade the roof materials to more durable products. Nathan was quite knowledgeable and gave me several options. I requested a preliminary cost comparison estimate and it was provided in two days. The materials were ordered and the project was scheduled for mid September 2016. There was a stretch of rainy weather that pushed the start of repairs into early October 2016. Sandusky's reps made several calls to me regarding the anticipated start of repairs and continually updated me as to what was going on. The day of the scheduled repairs, the crew arrived at 8:00 am, announced their presence and started the tear off. The crew was quick, beat and hard working. Tear off was completed in two and one half hours. Though it was extremely hot the crew stayed on schedule and by 5:00 pm the roof and ridge vent had been installed. The gutters were cleaned out and the nails were picked up. The crew did a very good job and the debris was cleaned up to my satisfaction.
