Well hello there I dealt with Roy yesterday and he was very polite and respectful helping me with my new locks to my home. He didn't over charge me and I appreciate all of you at this company you have helped me tremendously over the past year lol last time I locked my keys in my Jeep you guys came within a couple hours so thanks again guys keep up the good work.

Sandusky locksmith guys your awesome! I can't thank you enough on my part for the inconveniences with my car and overall doing your best! Im glad I met you guys & I will be using your business for as long as I live. Brock was very sweet & Roy & his brother got both of my locks done in less than an hour I needed a new deadbolt & my car key fob snapped, they delivered me the new locks fast & installed them safely 😌 thanks boys!

I have had the worst experience with other mobile locksmith's and these guys are by far the best. I'm so impressed I tipped them because of how this business operates. I was very impressed and will be using this company in the future and letting my entire family be aware, I got my keys back & I could'nt be happier! Thanks again!

Very upset that I went with this company! First the technician told me he would arrive at my house in 40 minutes... well over an hour and 15 minutes later- no technician. I call him and he is still 15 minutes away. He finally gets there and opens my door in 5 minutes and I get stuck with a $220 bill! A guy I called before them was only going to charge $80 but he was further away from my house, which is why I called a company closer. Remind you, they will NOT give you a quote over the phone. They stated "the technician needs to see what kind of lock they are working with before they can give me a price" but estimated between $50 and $65! So after a $29 service call fee and $175 for labor+ tax, I got ripped off. Will NEVER go with this company again. I recommend staying far away from this company!
