Great programming for people living in the area. A good service in addiction and very soon a safe injection site will be open

Treated quickly and with respect. In and out of there in less than 2 hours. Good investigative questioning by the nurse to figure out what was going on with my body. I think she and the Dr. nailed it. and all done with good humour.

Staff a selective on whom they treat nice, front desk can be hit & miss depending on who is working that day. I have observed disrespect to a senior. I have had a finger pointed in my face with blame from  
a seemingly friendly dietitian ( in public no less )
I have been removed from a program due to not meeting the requirements ( removal was done with aggression & heavy judgement, ironically. Choice of words were unprofessional yes, by staff member )
Nurse barked sharply about wasting resources on certain people, I left in tears.
 Detox accupuncture is great, 
Quit smoking counselor helped me quit Julie Tessier a non smoker who really does inspire others to quit,
