I special ordered new entry locks for a property I own and it took a little extra time to receive due to the special order finish, the holidays, and some issues with my existing door. 

Randall educated me prior to my purchase concerning the pros and cons of different security locks. 
The communication with Sheila concerning lead time was outstanding. 
The installation team consisting of Chris, Matt and Joe made three different trips to install as each item arrived. I feel extremely privileged and grateful that Sheila chose to send two different in house personnel including the shop foreman when my items arrived.
Prior to this purchase, I have stopped in for keys and other small items.  I have found the entire staff to be helpful and professional.
My experience with " THE REAL SANDY SPRINGS LOCKSMITH" has been 100% positive.

Went for advice and schedule a service call &and the staff generously fixed my associate's lock on a built-in toolbox in his White Van, gratis. A Great establishment and local landmark that's been here in Sandy Springs for years for reason. They know what they're doing and don't work you over doing 'it'.

I needed a new intelligent access key (remote start) for my Ford Edge and had been told that it could only be programmed at a dealership.  I was quoted no less than $100 to program the key by several metro area dealerships.  I came to the real Sandy Springs Locksmith and Matt was terrific.  I had previously ordered a blank key from another online vendor that turned out to be the wrong model, but Matt tried everything he could to make that one work on 2 different visits.  He then directly ordered the correct model for a reasonable price, and it came in 2 days later.  He then programmed it quick and easy for 25% less than the best dealership quote I'd received.   I will definitely use these guys again in the future.

I only had one key for my daughters newly purchased 2007 Honda CR-V. I purchased a spare key off Amazon and headed to get a duplicate made. Sandy Springs Locksmith needed made a copy for me and also setup the chip in the key so the car would start. 20 minutes later and I was on the road. Perfect service. These guys were half the cost of Honda dealer.

Matt, Mike, and the whole crew are awesome! I searched for hours over the course of 3 days to find a local brick and mortar locksmith that was reasonable. I needed Nissan keys and I could program them myself. $20 a piece cut, everyone else was $180+ plus service fees and all this nonsense. I wanted to support a local business and almost gave up, but they answered the call and were awesome! Highly recommend, and can't give enough praise.
