I wouldn’t ordinarily leave a review on google, but after my last conversation with one of the nurses I have to. Our child’s doctor is wonderful. We have had pleasant experiences with him. However his nursing staff, whoever handles phone conversations and answering messages, is incredibly rude, short, and condescending. I am now looking at a new doctor for my child, because of the issues we have had with his nursing staff. Everytime I call to ask a question, they are so rude that after our conversation ends, I am in tears. For any questions you need answered, you need to make an appointment. No matter how simple. Even if it’s to say, yes that’s ok. It makes me disheartened to reach out for help, so we call ask a nurse in all other possible situations.
They have very nice health care providers, my child’s provider is Sarah Paur and she is a very nice pediatrician, she is nice with kiddos and also they get well every time we see her . Front Desk people are assoome helping people too.
Front staff are all friendly and wonderful! Have had nothing but great service for my 4 children with the walk in doctors that I have seen. They see Sarah Paur usually for care and I can not say enough good things about her. She is HANDS DOWN the best and is so informative and personable. Very nice and makes you feel very relaxed. She takes the concerns I have for my children to the highest importance. She is also amazing with me. She knows how I can be after a little hiccup with my daughter and she never ever makes me feel "stupid" for having concerns no matter how big or small. Shes very real and very honest and I honestly can not pick a better provider. I'm so grateful to the staff of doctors and to Sarah for their amazing service.
Dr. Lydia takes great care of my 8 year old and 9 month old. We don't feel rushed and she takes time to answer our question and explain things thoroughly. I am 35 and she was my pediatrician. Has lots of knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend
One of the worst experiences of my life. Terribly understaffed, I was never given an estimated wait time when I called or checked in it was well over two hours and I overheard the receptionist saying that you could go to Essentia and get seen "like that" with a snap of the fingers. This is advice I'll be sure to take, and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
Their doctors are super friendly, the wait time is never very long with our scheduled appointments. My daughter is always happy to come for her check ups!
On a Sunday we were seen quickly, all staff were very friendly but professional. Our concerns were listened to and help given.
Do NOT take your son here if he is uncircumcised. The doctor, despite us telling her not to pull my 4 month old's foreskin, repeatedly did so. Made him scream his head off from the pain and bothered him all day. Apparently she didn't learn in college that the foreskin is ATTACHED for the first year of life.
Was there for over 40 minutes screaming kids, you could hear them, shoved into a tiny room with little ventilation. No nurse even did an intake in this time, when I went to leave nurses were chatting behind their desk like patients were already seen
I'm so happy cause my doctor is nice and he doesn't be mean
