I brought my vehicle for a routine oil change. The man in the service department was very nice and my truck was serviced almost immediately. We were in and out fast..I would recommend the service department (and sales staff who were also friendly) to any of my friends or family.

Have been to the service desk 3 times. First time, waited for 5 minutes and no one showed up. Second time, tech was on phone, and didn't bother to see what I needed. Just kept talking. Third, and believe me the last time, the tech basically ignored those standing at the service desk. Have also been to the parts department. Needed a screw for my license plate holder. Could only sell me the entire assembly.

Sales manager did very horrible. I was approved for a vehicle but couldn't get finance with a company which sucks but is fine. They told me to look at a new one because they could knock it down with rebates and could make it work. That got my hopes up because they knew what I was approved for then came and told me I couldn't get it to. Why would you show someone a vehicle and get them to drive it without making sure it was gonna happen when you knew what they could get?
