We’ve been inviting guests from all over to enjoy world-famous cooking made from scratch for breakfast and lunch on Sanibel Island.

Story

The Sanibel Café is a staple on the island of Sanibel in Southwest Florida. We have been welcoming locals and newcomers for 30 years! Our guests enjoy a warm, family atmosphere as well as delicious food. Each of our tables has a shadowbox display of fossilized sea shells that were collected right here in Florida!

We serve breakfast and lunch all day to satisfy any and all cravings! Our seasonal dinners are world-famous!

We are open from 7 AM to 2:30 PM daily!

We are locals and this is one of our favorite spots.... Call for hours. Google has the wrong hours! (They close at 2:00 on weekdays, not 2:30. Not sure about weekend hours). Great service and food every time! Biscuits and gravy are some of the best I've ever had anywhere:)

I had the chicken and grape salad on a croissant. It was delicious! Stay away from the fries. I think they were refried. My husband got the burger. He said it was great! The server was GREAT!

Great food and service! Excellent breakfast spot. Get the raspberry jam to take home. Best ever. Highly recommended!
