Reviews

These are probably the smallest outlets in the area but they have a few good stores. They recently added a handful of higher level Outlets so that appealed to me. It's quite a long way around and it's not in a circle so you'll do some walking if you get to all the stores.

Before you go it might be worth looking at a list of the stores that they have because it's not the normal group. There are some that appeal to families and some of the higher-end as I mentioned. But you might want to check that on head of time to save yourself a trip.

Really nice ppl playground for kids in a corner that provides shade and a chance for a break for parents. Outdoor mall, so you get to enjoy the beautiful Florida Gulf Coast weather in winter. Swimwear store had super helpful customer service, which is hard to come by these days. I just wish there were more food options.

Very crowded outlet mall, but the prices are right. 

I have a love hate relationship with these outlets... I go there knowing I will get good deals, but at the cost of being in an overcrowded area. If you can tolerate the crowd then come right on over and enjoy the fantastic savings that lies ahead. 

As far as store options they have various stores in the outlets suited to all budgets (unless you are some multi millionaire/billionaire) some stores to note are banana republic, levis, Ralph Lauren. 

They have some vending machines and snacks if you get thirsty or hungry.

I went to Loft, Maidenform, Guess, and the bathing suit store (i don't remember what its called). The employees at each of those were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products.  The prices were more than reasonable, with about $400 spent to completely redo my wardrobe and get a new bathing suit that is super cute.

Great Prices, good discounts. Shops are in a nice area, located near beaches and Sanibel Island. Not too crowded. Buy lots of family clothing there.
