A horrible company, they took over my apartment complex and they are the absolute worst! I have been living in my apartment for 3 years and it's never been good, but once they took over it was disgraceful! My fridge hasn't worked in over a month now and my furnace went out in December! My dad came and fixed the furnace, to their knowledge it's still broken, just like my fridge! We've been eating out of a cooler for the past month or so! Then they had the audacity to call and ask if I wanted to renew my lease, the rents going up at least $100! What a joke! They can go to hell!

WE ARE CURRENT TENANTS - STAY AWAY.  Don't let them manage your property and do not lease from these people!!!!!   Constant leaky roof - they put tape on the leak and say it's done.. meanwhile your store has black tar all over it and they do nothing to help... tell you to call your insurance company - it's your problem!!!  - STAY AWAY!!!
