Dispatch mocks intelligence, flat out.
Disrespectful and do not call one back...very condescending. Totally unreliable. Disrespectful as a department, based on my experiences, since before I turned 18 and just as intolerant and ignorant of Law, to boot.
5-29-17 Dispatch mocks their constituent by saying "are you a lawyer? ...because I know...*insert attitude here*"
Rudeness and ignorance of law: "all in one".

I have only ever met deputies in broad daylight for Harassment purposes only, I may suppose...since I moved into their Juristiction as an Infant...in fact, it is like I was an invisible non-issue to-be-harassed at-will. Oh well...

If you call, they don't like to show up. Let alone take a "grown-up" seriously...

"Tsk tsk", says I. And I do vote, every opportunity I have to do so. Suffice it to say, from childhood to adulthood: SBC Sherrif's ignore the Orcutt region, as though it was a biblical plague--so to speak.

I tried to report an abandoned 4wheel ATV or ride along lawn mower in the field east of my home (Toppy's field) and all I could get was recordings.  When I finally reached a voice they were very rude and dumped me off to the Highway Patrol.  For all I know there is a hurt or injured person under this mower.
