Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union - County Federal for short - was founded on May 8, 1950 by eight county employees with a vision and $107. They volunteered their time to foster a common dream, and this web site is the latest evidence of their success. Our Credit Union was originally chartered in the state of California under the name Santa Clara County Employees Credit Union. Now, County Federal not only serves Santa Clara County employees but San Benito County, many cities within Santa Clara County, Santa Clara County Office of Education, Valley Medical Center and many other companies affiliated with the county.

Worst bank ever. Stupid fees for stupid reasons. Unclear about fees and not consistent. Stay away if you can.

I love this bank! I've been baking with them for about four years now and they are always quick to  notify me when they detect fraudulent activity. Very safe place to store your money! They are great with their customer service and customer care and I'm excited that they have more branches than they used to.
