This is a perfect place to study due to silence and a nice garden in the backyard. However, I cannot give it 5 stars cuz the staff here, especially the guy on the first floor are mean. They talk to customers as if they don't need anyone to come here and no service will be offered. I guess that they want the library to be as few customers as possible so that they have nothing to do and just enjoy the serene library for themselves. This is kinda selfish. The library needs to put some notes around indicating that no food (and drinks?) or phone calls are allowed inside it, so that new customers will see and not eat inside.

Great selection and a wonderful garden in the back. Plenty of parking.

OMG I love this place.  Free wifi, free parking lot. Very quite with not many folks. FYI - parking lot is behind the building. Oh don't forget to register your vehicle on guestbook to avoid toll.
