My first impression of the company was their gorgeous catalog, which made me think they might be really really expensive. When i actually visited the store, i was pleasantly surprised by the prices and selection. With their own products, testing and formulation efforts were extensive and the customer service is terrific as well. We bought cattle supplies, vaccines and horse supplies with a few dog items thrown in. Very happy, though i thought with a large purchase (500), that they could include a free sorting flag :)

This company has always bent over backwards too get me my products. Love the products, have shopped with them for over 2 years.

Absolutely Terrible. I needed a product very urgently, and I never got it after a week. When I called them, they said that the product was discontinued by the manufacturer. They didn't even bother emailing me before I called. Absolutely terrible. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Always order by Phone with this company! Their website accepted my PO Box as a shipping address then a very RUDE person called me and blamed me and lied to me by saying that FedEX does not deliver to PO Boxes (they do). Then made me pay again to ship the medication back to me while my birds were dying.
