I consider this hotel a home away from home. The staff is super kind (especially Dana and Melissa) and treated my husband and I and our three dogs like family. My husband and I found ourselves leaving a bad house/slumlord situation a few months back and I randomly searched the internet looking for a temporary place to stay. Luckily, I found this place. The room was newly updated and spacious and very reasonably priced, especially for pet owners. We liked this place so much, we ended up staying for 5 months and only left because of a work promotion that moved us to Trinidad. Honestly, if I could have taken this hotel and its awesome staff to Trinidad with me, I would. Much love to the Santa Fe Inn. I have a better feeling about Pueblo as a whole due to my experience here. Miss you guys! --Suzi and Thaddeus

Very helpful receptionist guided us to a superbly, newly refurbished, comfortable room. After strolling the nearby Riverwalk, the outdoor pool was refreshing. Fridge, microwave, hair dryer. Some smoke smell in area -- cigarettes or marijuana??? This is Colorado after all. Pleasant, refreshing stay. No breakfast, but Taco Bell & Wendy's are close by.

Santa Fe Inn and Suites Pueblo was amazing. It was a quick check-in. They were able to help me with my room problems as soon as they were presented. The only problem, was that the TV remote took a bit to connect to the TV. Other than that, they were the best room I've had in a long time.

This was a great place to stay. I like that there was a coffee maker in the room and my dog enjoyed her stay there as well.
We will definitely be back.

I was going to check in on 9/30/17 butt after looking at the room changed my mind .
The fridge was not working. 
The room looked nothing like the pics on there site.
I used my Debit card to check in. I never stayed at the hotel butt was charged $65.34
I was told i would get my money back on my card the next day it did not happen.
It is oct 4 and i am still waiting to get my money back .  i will update you when i get my money.
