Santa Paula Travel Service did an incredible job of helping me plan a trip to Japan.  Leslie and Enrique went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my trip was a success.  When I encountered a difficulty in Tokyo,  I contacted Leslie, and she immediately responded and fixed my problem.  The personal touch they offer is rare to find, and I highly recommend this agency.
