Rented a storage space 2 years ago, and had a debit card deduction of $131.00 paid each month. When returning to the U.S we found our furnishings full of rotten rats, bugs, and stains. Our sofa, bed, bedding, clothing etc. were destroyed, and had to be dumped. We sent a complaint, which after 5 days was not answered. We found that this is not the first complaint about this type of problem. This property needs exterminating. The managers are rude and could care less! Hey! Guess what the rat and bug photos uploaded do not show up. Perhaps to disgusting to be allowed!

I really could not have had a worse experience than I had at this place. I would not reccommend anyone that values their valuable go here. 1st off their units are infested with rats. The rats they have ate through all of my clothes, all the stuffing out of my brand new couch, and just about everything else i have. I brought it to their attention n they referred me back to my contracts which releases them from being liable from EVERYTHING, even if someone breaks into the units and steals your items. They are rude, their customer service is garbage, they are not willing to be of any help in any situation, even when its completley their fault. They have so many extra fees that they charge you for, such as the $40 i was charged for accidently not putting in my code when i went in and it tripped some alarm. Not to mention their hours suck, have to be out by 6pm. This is by far the worst place to take anything you value and the worst customer service ever

First let me say that I usually don't write reviews but Jennifer and Darcy had provided outstanding customer service that's worth to be mentioned! It feels strange to get that excited about a storage place but believe me Jennifer and Darcy will make you want to store your things again and again! We unexpectedly needed two bigger storage spaces as we were relocating from the East Coast to CA and our house was not ready for our belongings yet. Our moving company wanted to charge us ridiculously high temporary storage prices and the public storage place on Santa Rosa Ave had a great promotion so we decided to store our belongings there. Since the huge moving truck could not access the storage space that we had reserved by phone, Darcy was cleaning out a vacant space that had just a few things left in it and that our truck could access easily. She was very friendly, helpful and professional and made this stressful day a lot easier. I thought it couldn't get any better than this but then we received follow up calls from Jennifer the manager, which we didn't expect but we were pleasantly surprised by. 2 weeks later we were finally ready to move our belongings into the new house and as we were loading things in the truck Jennifer came by several times to ask us how things were going. She offered to help loading the last few heavy items that I could not lift. We gladly came back to her offer as we do not know many people in the area yet, and man this woman is strong! She told us that she was a bodybuilder before she had her lovely daughter. She really went above and beyond in her care and customer service. She even provided some materials that made moving some of the items easier and that protected them a little better at no extra charge. So again Jennifer and Darcy, thank you so much for all your help and your kindness. Your outstanding care and customer service made the last few days of our moving experience a lot less stressful.
