I've been here twice already and I've not been disappointed yet , food is good, and portions are great, I like the limonade so much, and prices are great. It is just the service is good but a little slow, takes time to get your food. But besides that, a good option.

Ordered 2 California Burritos from Doordash tonight a nd I was very unsatisfied. I specially put on the notes no pico, add guacamole and sour cream and as you can see the burrito is not the way I ordered it. It had very little meat too as you can see that burrito was flat. Never ordering from here again, save your money people and don't order from here.To top it off we waited almost and hour to get our food.

First time eating here and I really liked the caldo de res. I see it has some bad reviews but this place will now be my go-to for caldo de res. I recommend giving it a try...

Santana’s please do yourself a favor and remove your name from this location asap. I been to many of your locations and this is beyond mediocre holy s*** how can the food be this bad. I had to go next door to 7-Eleven just to buy some snacks to remove the horrible taste from my mouth. All other Santana’s Mexican food places I’ve tried are a 5/5. Also review is only food related the place was clean and great customer service. Almost forgot I never seen a sign saying “sorry no refund’s “ now I know why this location had it posted

It really sucks when specific locations give the chain a bad name. Every order I have ever placed and received from here has been wrong. Tonight being the worst, as usually I can adapt. I ordered regular Carne asada fries from uber eats...I received gross soggy hot cheeto fries instead. Now this might be fine for most people but I absolutely cannot stand hot cheetos in my hot food because it creates unwanted flavor and also texture that I don't want if I'm ordering from a reputable taco shop or chain this one is not reputable, which is horrible, Santana is a great chain the fries came with soggy cheetos. Nacho cheese FREAKING BARRFFFF EWWWWW ON REAL MEXICAN FOOD AND SOUR CREAM WITH GUAC??? Absolutely disgusting.

I do not remember if I’ve eaten at this restaurant before, but I know that I liked the burrito I purchased here tonight. So much so that I decided to give it a review. The name of the burrito is La Paz burrito, which comes with a drink. I took a picture of it as I was in the process of eating it some more. It has carne asada, shrimp, rice and more ingredients in it. Even while eating it I expressed a couple of compliments about the burrito. The cook did a good job making this burrito. May God bless him and this business.

All good cooked fresh to order. Great portions for the price. Large, legible menu right when you walk in. Plenty of seating and very clean. Fully stocked salsa bar. Soda machine is behind the counter and not self serve like at other locations, but the friendly staff will refill your soft drink if needed. Adequate parking and easy to spot location from the main road. Love the beef enchiladas with red sauce and the carne asada chips.

I love that this place is 24 hours and has a large variety of food. I used to come all the time at 3 am after my night shift. Great variety of salsas at a self serve salsa bar as well.  Staff has always been friendly to me. It can get crowded sometimes but it's worth it.

This is a bean and cheese burrito with sour cream and guacamole. This is the most disgusting burrito I have ever had, from this restaurant. Their services for but not friendly and their food is getting horrible. I just bought this burrito I have to put it in the microwave to heat it up I have to add salt and pepper to give some flavor I had to put my own guacamole and I have to go buy sour cream. Waste of time I don't recommend this place at all.
