Great service and I would recommend to anyone. I had previously had a competitor try to tell me I needed to buy an new unit, when mine was only 8 years old.  Their technician charged me $59 to try to sell me a new unit. He tried to convince me to buy a new unit for $3,700 when I barely just got done paying this one off.  Went on to break down each major component as being in a state of failure and that the motor would be next. I called  Santiam Heating and Sheet Metal, they made one trip to my house, ordered a pressure switch, came back a week later, installed it, charged me less that $200 and the unit has never worked better. There was never a mention or even suggestion of needing to buy a new unit. I'm no expert but this was my experience. I trust that Santiam, and certainly the technician that did my repair operate with honesty and integrity.

We could not have had a better experience! The price was half of what another company quoted us. Our sales person, Eric, was flawless. Every person we dealt with was professional, courteous and prompt. We are thrilled we chose Santiam! Thank you from the bottom of our now toasty warm hearts!

Made it clear we were young home owners and didn't know about our heating and cooling system. Paid $90 to have a guy come out see why our ac was freezing up. Their solution was $6000 new system from the floor up. Called a week later talked to the owner to let her know it was a $10 filter that was dirty (which should have been checked) and that we felt taken advantage of, her solution was a free filter

Santiam replaced my furnace and air conditioner over the last two years. Each time the old unit failed during the peak usage time, furnace in the winter and AC in the summer. Both time the folks at Santiam were on site right away, explained my options clearly and had me set up and comfortable in no time. Go with the people at Santiam, you will be happy you did.

My AC fan stopped working and I went online and found Santiam Heating.  I'll give them an A++ review!  A very nice repairman arrived on time and fixed it!  I was so happy that in my case the fan wasn't' the problem, it was just a bad capacitor!  The bill was very reasonable and I am a happy customer.
