Beautiful property. Bar staff were courteous. Appetizers were delicious but the dinner was a tad bland. Again beautiful property.

Saphire Estate was absolutely amazing. The landscaping of the grounds of the estate is so beautiful and welcoming. The set up for the ceremony outside and reception inside was done perfectly. Sandra and the entire team made our beautiful day so magical. From the first day we visited Saphire Estate until the night we left as a married couple everyone made us feel, well, extraordinary! With all the planning it takes for a wedding, and we did ours in a short five months, Sandra was very resourceful. She had an answer for every question we had and numerous ways to help us either with places to visit in person and online or taking care of it for us. Every aspect of our wedding was handled so professionally! Sandra always went above and beyond !! We were married in September and intentionally waited to do this review and our reasons played out just the way we thought. As we think back to the whole planning process and our truly MAGICAL evening our feelings about Saphire Estate haven't diminished one bit. They are the best and if we got married a hundred more times, every time would be there! Sean&Libby

I was recently in a wedding that was held at the Saphire Estate. Beautiful location. Great space. The wedding part room was nice. But the best part was the staff. They were so professional and super sweet. I hope when I get married the staff is that great! The staff is what makes a wedding go smoothly.

My cousin held her wedding here and it was perfect. The outdoor cermony was wonderful as was the sunshine. Inside the setup was quite nice, though I wish there was more seating available during the cocktail hour. The hors d'oeuvres were amazing especially the crab cakes! Yummy! The meal was good, but seemed to be missing a bit of seasoning. I had the Salmon with mango salsa and mashed potatoes. Overall the experience was great and the presentation was incredible!

As you can imagine, there are a handful of major decisions to be made when planning for one of the most important days of your life. For us, the top priority was finding the perfect venue. We wanted to create a Martha’s Vineyard style wedding without incurring the enormous cost and undue stress of having to ferry our vendors and guests out of Woods Hole. From the beginning the task ahead was daunting and foreign to us. Our venue must haves: -Intimate / Private -Vintage style with a designated area for outdoor weddings -friendly staff -fine cuisine made onsite -private bridal suite -valet parking -Walk trails and bridges to capture great imagines in a natural setting -Surrounded by a large body of water -Destination wedding feel in a remote location After searching extensively for outdoor wedding venues in Massachusetts, we came across Saphire Estate in the town of Sharon. We recognized the venue’s similarities to places on Martha’s Vineyard and knew immediately that we had found the perfect place. We scheduled a tour in September 2016 and met with the sales manager Jason Pratt. He was friendly, professional, and most accommodating in ensuring our comfort and full understanding of the contract. He even provided us with hors d’oeuvres which were compliments of their chef. We also enjoyed Saphire’s delectable chocolate chip cookies and hot apple cider. Jason was upfront and worked within our desired budget. Ultimately, he suggested an early spring wedding and added several complimentary items for booking off season. Shortly afterwards, we met our wedding coordinator Elizabeth Coleman who in our opinion may be the Saphire’s secret gem. She was responsive, creative, and has a heart of compassion. Two months before the wedding, our family suffered a tragic lost. The bride lost her father due to unexpected stroke. When Elizabeth learned of the news, Saphire Estate sent us flowers with a handwritten card. At that very moment, we knew that were not just their clients, but a couple they cared about. We truly appreciate the kind gestured they had showed us. Elizabeth continued to check in to see what she can do to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch. On April 9, 2017, we had the wedding that you only see in magazines and on television. The weather in Sharon Massachusetts was 72 degrees. The lakefront view was breathtaking as you drove down the isolated road to Saphire Estate. The outdoor pergola and ceremony courtyard was setup beautifully. Saphire even welcomed our guest with complimentary fresh squeeze lemonade as they arrived. The cocktail hour and reception area was perfectly prepared and the vendors were in position as planned. The bridal attendant (Jeannine) was everything and more – like as second mom. The bride’s well-being was her number one priority and she handled her with absolute care. She also kept waters on deck to ensure that we stayed hydrated. She coordinated to have food and drinks reserved for our wedding party after taking their photos. At the end of night, Jeannine assisted us with bringing items to our car and continued to serve us until our final farewells. The wedding was absolutely perfect and worth the investment. Many our guests commented about their incredible experience, the amazing food, and mentioned how friendly the staff was. If we had to do it over again - we would do it the exactly the same way! Thank you Jason, Elizabeth, Jeannine, and everyone at Saphire Estate who help made our wedding the best day of our lives. - Mr. and Mrs. Landers (Est. April 9, 2017)
