I have used Mr. Zapienza several times, and I have always been very pleased with his work and honesty.

We use Felixs company to fix our roof and refer them to anyone I know. They are great guys and don't push to sell you a brand new roof.

We were worried about our roof for good reasons. We called two other roofers to et an estimate. Both wanted to replace our 10 yr old roof entirely. Fortunately I came across Felix's ad on The Home Mag and noticed a review that read that "...[ Felix Sapienza Roofing] fix[ed] my roof instead of trying to sell me on a new one." So I decided to call. Very nicely, Felix came to check out our roof and 15 minutes later noticed that we did not have a problem or a need to repair or fix anything, he mentioned that the popcorn falling from the ceiling in our garage was from old leaks from the previous owner. He also mentioned a few other details that I won't get into. The point here is that he was honest. We will keep him in mind for future roof issues and will sending him customers for this good deed. Thanks!

It was nice to have a company that would fix my roof instead of trying to sell me on a new one! You saved me a lot of money!
