My Mom just passed away and we went here since it was across from the funeral home. Told them exactly what we wanted, the most important thing being PINK roses, as that was her favorite. The lady that helped us even walked us in the cooler and we picked out the flowers. We also wanted PINK ribbon that had Wife, Mother, Grandma on it. Almost $300 later for a casket spray we didn't get these important things. They used RED roses and white ribbon!!! Where in that conversation was these things ever mentioned!! Not to mention the casket spray was very small!! I would NEVER recommend them!!

We ordered a lot of flowers for my grandmothers funeral. There were 3 of us in the shop at one time. The casket spray and wreath were beautiful which is what my dad and uncle picked out. Mine however were not at all what I wanted. I specifically said NO carnations. I wanted pink roses because that is what Granny wanted. I got all carnations and NO roses. I am very disappointed to say the least. I called to inform them of the mistake. The lady I spoke with was nice and she apologized and said there were so many of us in there ordering (which I really do understand) she got it mixed up but she did not offer for a partial refund or even offer for us to pick up some roses. Over $600 between all of us was spent that day.  The owner has seen my reviews and threatened to contact her lawyer if I leave any more bad reviews. Very sad, still no attempt to make this right. I do not recommend them to anyone at all
