Dr. Mess is wonderful! I couldn't be more pleased. She put me at ease throughout the entire procedure and follow up appointments. The office staff is super friendly and efficient.

I highly recommend Dr. Mess! She has done two procedures on my face. She has an impeccable eye for detail and really looked closely at my facial structure on both surgeries. After the incredible results from my first surgery, I completely trusted Dr. Mess with performing a second procedure. Since both procedures were on my face, I was very concerned about scarring. Dr. Mess listened to my concerns by really analyzing my facial structure when applying sutures and advising me to use a topical silicone treatment to help reduce scarring. I could tell she really cared. I am so grateful to her for such fantastic results!! Additionally, all of the employees are very friendly, professional, and informative. The overall service of this practice is top notch! You will be in the best of hands!!

Dr. Mess is amazing. She pays close attention to detail and really listens to her patients wants and needs. Her staff is super friendly and they make your visit a breeze.

Dr. Mess is a professional, caring, highly-skilled cosmetic surgeon. She has a calm, friendly demeanor and listens carefully to her client's concerns and addresses each of them with clear options. She seems to genuinely care about helping people feel better about themselves and reaching their individual goals. Her approach with consultations is informative and no pressure. Her work is impeccable and she has a great eye for detail. The staff at her practice is friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable in answering questions about procedures as well. I would highly recommend her practice to my closest friends and family, and anyone interested in getting some work done to help them feel better about themselves.

Dr. Sarah Mess is amazing! I recently had a liposuction surgery -the process from the consult to the actual surgery was smooth, everything she told me I would expect was accurate. She made her self available after my surgery to check on me, answer questions and even change my dressings. I am a few days post op and I am so happy with my results. Dr. Mess truly cares about her patients and it shows in her work. Her staff is very friendly as well as North West Hospital. I plan to use her again should I ever need/want any cosmetic procedures!
