I love Dr. Baldwin! She's professional, thorough, and so funny. Her team is always kind and considerate. I just had the best service from her front desk staff. Crystal and Helen spent extra time answering my questions and making sure I was taken care of. I appreciate that Dr. Baldwin makes check up calls. I feel like she knows me and cares. Great place to go for dental work.

I've waited a year to write this review because I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However after going to my trusted family dentist for a second opinion after my visit to Dr. Baldwin I found that her and her staff are out to overcharge you for unnecessary services. 

I moved to the bay area two years ago so I needed a new dentist. I found Dr. Baldwin after seeing she was covered by my insurance. I went in for a routine cleaning and came out with a recommended nearly $1k worth of dental work. 

It started with the dental hygienist telling me how thin my teeth were and then proceeding to go over how much each of my gums had receded one by one. After feeling worse about my dental health than ever, Dr. Baldwin came over and told me I grinded my teeth in my sleep and that I needed a mouth guard. She then told me I had four cavities and that the microscopic chip on my front tooth needed repairing right away or my tooth would continue to chip away. 

Thank goodness I didn't listen to any of this or fork over all that money! My family dentist let me know that I had no cavities, my teeth looked incredibly healthy and that I absolutely don't grind my teeth. 

Dr. Baldwin is an incredibly likable person on the surface but she sadly did not have my best interest in mind. This type of thing really makes me sad that doctors are out there to make a quick buck and compromise your dental health in the process.

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Baldwin. It's a rarity where you experience genuine care and concern alongside drilling, scraping and flossing. And everyone at their office makes the experience that much more easy.  Thank you!

Dr. Baldwin is optimistic, cheerful, pleasant, fulsome in her explantions about dental strategy, competent and otherwise completely professional.

The entire staff was totally accommodating, professional and all around fantastic. Dr. Baldwin has a winning attitude; I felt cared for!
