My favorite oil company.  I stumbled on this place in their lake placid location, very helpful staff.  They have sample set up all around the shop, very useful.  Black current balsamic is my favorite! I use it on all my salads. They offer little premade gift sets, great for the holidays.  Online orders are packed very well, orders arrive pretty quickly

Best aged balsamic vinegar anywhere ! We always pick up several bottles for ourselves 
And friends  when visiting Saratoga springs.  They provide a discount if you return empty bottles & and have a frequent shoppers card program.

A tasty adventure - I've gone several times with friends, my roommate, and my family. It would make a fun stop on a date as well, because of their plethora of samples.
