Always nice staff. Easy to order food for to go or for delivery.

Called them 30 Minutes after the estimated delivery time, told me it would be another 40 minutes. The food never arrived, I called Grubhub to explain to them the situation the following morning. Grubhub called Sarpinos and Sarpinos claimed they delivered my food which was not the case. Never ordering a from here again.

I ordered at 11:20am didn't get my order  until 1:11am. Pizza is cold and not even good.  Salad taste old. Never again.

Not a pizza place to remember. Ordered once but pizza tasted like a chain resturant (Dominos). Chicago area deserves  better.

Worst place ever. First they gave us a burnt out wings. When asked to change it, answer was with the attitude “this is how it is cooked”. When asked for a recommendation for the dipping souce the reply was”I don’t know your taste buds”. I was just asking for your personal opinion not your attitude. I would travel to the different location but never coming back again.
